Mrs. Holly Wilson
Math 7, Pre-Algebra. 5/6 Writing
Holly Wilson brings with her to Veritas Academy over 20 years of education experience, including as a public school and homeschool teacher. Before homeschooling her son, she taught fourth grade for eight years, first in Virginia and then in Ohio. Mrs. Wilson graduated summa cum laude from Capital University with a B.A. in elementary education (K-8).
Mrs. Wilson’s family includes her husband Matt, a lawyer; one child, Caleb, who is in college; and two Shetland Sheepdogs, Hudson and Juniper. She and her family are active members of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church.
“I love teaching at Veritas. The small class size allows me to do projects/learning opportunities that I was not able to do with a large class in a public school setting. Of course, I also enjoy being able to share my Christian faith with my students.”
In her spare time, Mrs. Wilson loves making homemade cards and other crafts, and she is working hard to train her Shelties.
