Jennifer Garter obtained a BFA from Miami University, and an MFA from the University of Oregon. Her background is in metal-smithing and jewelry, textiles, stained glass, costume jewelry and sculptures. She values evidence of the hand in art and believes we are helping further God‘s new kingdom by creating art that glorifies Him.
