In 1996, Wendy Simpson graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and teaching certifications for Spanish and French. A meaningful part of her undergraduate education was studying in Malaga, Spain and Toulouse, France during junior year. After teaching in public schools for five years, she attended Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, Pennsylvania and graduated with a Master of Arts in ministry. The Simpsons and their four children have lived in Ohio, Alabama, and Japan. Wendy’s favorite homeschooling activities are researching curricula, planning lessons, and choosing school supplies. Now that the children are teenagers, she dearly misses the excitement of organizing educational outings. The youngest two Simpsons, Megan and Aaron, will be joining Veritas this year as well.
